Terms:
Net 30 days from date of invoice. Once your account reaches 60 days past the date of the invoice, your account will be subject to C.O.D. at our discretion.

NEW ACCOUNT ORDERS will be shipped C.O.D. until credit has been approved. Once approved, customers will be notified (in writing) and the above terms will then apply.
Invoices will be sent to all customers regularly. Should any differences appear between your records and ours, please let us know as soon as possible.
If we receive your check and it is dishonored by our bank or it is returned to us as NSF, your account is subject to a $25.00 service fee.
Pricing
Prices (in our price list are net and are subject to change without notice. Net prices on rebuilt door closers are based upon exchange of old units. Exchange units are to returned via "prepaid" freight by customer unless other arrangements have been made.
Core Charge
A core charge will be made if a core has not been received within 14 days from date of purchase.
Returned Goods Policy
Rebuilt products that become defective, within the terms of our guarantee, will be replaced at no charge. New and rebuilt products being returned for credit may be returned only upon authorization by authorized personnel of Portland Door Service & Parts Inc.
Returned products suitable for resale will be credited to the customer's account less a restocking fee of 25% of the products net value. Returned products which are damaged maybe assessed further charges. Charges for return of non-standard and special items will be subject to the manufacture's discretion. Freight charges for products returns are to be "prepaid" by the customer. Credit memos must be towards the account balance unless approved by authorized personnel.
Limited Warranty (Rebuilt Products):
Portland Door Service & Parts Inc. warrants that its products, rebuilt under our trade name, are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover defects and/or damages due to improper installment, maintenance, storage, shipping and handling, misuse, abuse, accident, acts of GOD, or unauthorized service.
